WELCOME TO
JANE GREGORY MASSAGE
Your Local Massage Therapist
Heal your body, naturally. I’m an experienced Massage Therapist and a firm believer in a holistic approach to healing. The human body is made up of the mind, body, and spirit. All three must be in working order, so that a free flow of energy is achieved. Through my practice, I work hard to release this energy and promote well-being.
ABOUT ME
Remedial Massage Therapist, Aromatherapist, Reflexologist

Massage is my passion and I have had the joy of doing what I love most, since 1996.
I have practiced in hospitals, medical centres, wellness centres, gyms and as a sole practitioner. Currently, I work within the hospital system, providing massage to Palliative Care patients.
My clients come from all walks of life, students, workers, athletes and seniors, able-bodied and those with disabilities.
I am also a teacher. Since 2005 I have taught remedial massage in Sydney and major cities around Australia. I love teaching as much as massage and so I live a fortunate life.
I love a challenge, if you are tired, stressed or overcoming an injury or illness, give me a call. I would love to hear
from you.

REMEDIAL MASSAGE
Remedial massage is the systematic assessment and treatment of the muscles, tendons, ligaments and connective tissues of the body to assist in rehabilitation, pain and injury management. ... A remedial therapist must have knowledge of anatomy, physiology and pathophysiology to determine where to treat patients.
Remedial Massage.
Improves Posture & Mobility
Reduces Stress & aids with Insomnia
Reduces Muscle Tension & Improves circulation

SPORTS MASSAGE
Sports massage is designed to help athletes before, during and after training. It is useful for anyone who exercises to increase flexibility, prevent injuries and help with healing after a sports injury.
Sports massage is specifically tailored to different sports and sporting injuries. It is not a relaxing form of massage and can often be quite strenuous. It works by stretching tight muscles, stimulating inactive muscles and improving the condition of the soft tissue
The aim of sports massage is to reduce the stress and tension that can build up in the soft tissues of the body during exercise. This form of massage is used to:
Increase endurance
Improve performance
Reduce the chance of injury
Reduce recovery time after an injury

MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a very gentle, rhythmical form of massage
The skin is stretched and torqued over the underlying tissues using repetitive, circular and spiral shaped movements with a pressure increase, followed by a decrease in pressure leading to zero pressure. This change in pressure creates a pumping effect, which encourages the flow of the lymph fluid and drains excess fluid out of the connective tissue.
M.L.D. is especially important when lymph nodes have been removed and lymph is unable to drain in the usual way. It aids with the removal of toxins from the body.
It may also assist with Chronic Fatigue,
P.M.S. and cases with Acne

FOR WELLBEING
A regular massage does wonders for
your sense of well being. It improves the circulation of blood and lymph, around the body, increasing oxygen supplies to your cells and speeds up the removal of toxins from your body.
It keeps your muscles, tendons and ligaments supple, helping to maintain balance and mobility.
It assists the body to cope with stresses, mental, physical and emotional.
When sleeping proves difficult, massage helps the body maintain homeostasis thereby helping the body to repair itself.
